Please read the following carefully and complete the form at the bottom of the page by APRIL 1st 2026

  • Dates and Times - Saturday 27th June 2026. Show times 12pm & 6pm

  • Rehearsals- Mandatory tech rehearsal at the Theatre Ffwnes on Friday 26th of June. This will be from 4pm. All other rehearsals will take place during class times

  • Costumes - To make our students look and feel their best, we will be providing stunning costumes. These costumes will be a mix of purchased and hired, with costs ranging from £20 to £50 each. I understand the financial commitment this may pose for parents, so we are requesting a contribution of £10 per class. Additionally, we will organise fundraising events over the summer to help cover other expenses where your support is greatly appreciated. You may possibly also need some items from home. These would be items of uniform, tanned footless tights or basic items like a T-shirt or trainers. A full costume list will be sent out be April 30th. There will be a new bank account set up for payment please do not pay this with class fee money

Costume hire for each student is £10 per class ( example 3 weekly classes =£30 hire fee, 1 class per week -£10)

  • Tickets - these will be available directly from the theatre. A link will be sent out for you to purchase these and they will be sent via email. Once tickets have gone they are gone! Please take care of these tickets as they will be treated as any other theatre ticket - no ticket no entry! Last year we sold out very quickly so I have decided to put on 2 shows this year so that everyone has the chance to invite their families and friends. Disabled tickets must be purchased by phoning the theatre once the tickets have been released.

Children from the following classes must be collected during the interval of the evening show due to child performing guidelines for this age group (Time TBC)-

Mini Movers (Thursday 4pm class)

Mini Musical Theatre (Saturday 9am class)

Mini Acro (Saturday 10am class)

Mini lyrical (Monday 4pm class- miss rachel’s class)

They can stay for the duration of the first show and perform in the finale.

All other students must stay for the duration of each show, but be collected between performances. This is to comply with the local authorities' child performing policies.

Backstage - We will have a whole team of licenced chaperones, DBS vetted staff to ensure your littles (and big ones!) are safe. Children are not permitted to leave the backstage area during the show, and nobody will be allowed backstage or into the dressing room area unless part of our team. (Doors are operated with an electronic key pass for our students' safety. We will dismiss children via the stage door exit once the shows are over. Students may leave belongings/costumes between the afternoon and evening show - but must take everything after the evening performance. All they will need backstage is a bottle of water their costumes and a change of clothes to leave the theatre

We would love a  few more parents to join us backstage during one of the shows - if you would like to help out please get in touch. You would not need to help during both shows. If you do not already have a current DBS check we can have one provided for you.

We would also love some parents to undergo a free chaperone licence training (it's an online course totalling around an hour and a half) Anyone who is willing to undergo the chaperone training will be given a complimentary ticket for one of the show’s.

Please now fill in one of the forms below. This information is needed in order for us to complete our B.O.P.A (Body of persons approval) license in accordance with our local authority and theatre. Without this your child will NOT be able to perform.
